Kimberly
Broker of Record | Principal
Kim grew up in Danvers, MA and has lived on the North Shore for most of her life. Kim has held a license to practice real estate for more than 20 years. She founded this independent agency with a mission: to do what the National brands do, but for less cost to our clients. We have as much advertising reach as they do but, we offer you the fee-flexibility, they just can’t or won’t.
How can we do this? Because we have no overhead costs, no franchise fees to pay, and none of the constraints that franchise owners can face. Simply, we can sell your house for less, priced accurately, the first time. Kim grew up in Danversport, and lives there today, near family and friends, with her Rescue Bulldog, Molly. Kim attended Lesley University in Cambridge, MA and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.

Stacey
Chief Marketing Officer
Stacey graduated from Endicott College, in Beverly, MA with a BS degree in Marketing and hospitality. Stacey manages an upscale hotel in Boston's Back Bay and has become well rounded in all facets of the industry. Stacey will be spearheading our marketing campaigns and coordinate our community outreach endeavors. Stacey's main goal is to ensure that Boston North REALTY is a positive asset to the community.
